There are many reasons why a one to one, personalised yoga practice might be just right for you:

  • perhaps you feel ready to do some yoga, but don’t know how to get started

  • you might be planning to come back to yoga, but don’t have the confidence to join a regular class

  • perhaps you want to learn how to breathe well and move your body

  • maybe now is the right time for you to make time just for you

Certainly, the research is indicating that yoga, practiced regularly over time, can have a demonstrably positive impact on our self esteem, our health and our wellbeing.

I start from the belief that every body is a yoga body.

The yoga that I teach is slow and flowing; and you certainly don’t have to be able to touch your toes! In our one to one classes, we tailor each practice specifically to suit you and your body.

I will teach you how to move and become aware of your body and its potential; how it feels and the space it holds, how to breathe well and how to improve your sense of your own wellbeing.

One:One is a programme of personalised yoga practices, where each of our sessions is specifically designed to help you to become your best self.

You may want to work on a specific issue, or to gain confidence in moving your body, or to learn the basic yoga poses.

In your bespoke yoga programme, and always working at your pace, I will create an individual practice for you to help you build strength, flexibility and body confidence.

Anchored into the principles and practices of yoga, each of our sessions lasts for an hour, and will usually include movement, breath practices and relaxation. Our sessions can be chair based, or mat based, or a blend of both.

We can practice together in person, or livestreamed online, and I will send you a recording for your personal practice at home in between our sessions.

Your investment is £45 for a single session, or just £170 for a programme of 4 sessions.
