Personalised Programme

Dancing Warriors’ coaching programme is designed to empower you to peel back the layers, overcome your obstacles and personal barriers, and reconnect with the you that is uniquely you.

I will work with you to create a personalised programme enabling you to rediscover your inner strength and resilience, so that you can realise your potential and live your life to the full.

Whilst every coaching programme is different, these are the sorts of results you can expect:

Our journey starts with an initial scoping conversation during which we identify your personal goals and objectives. A programme of 6 sessions follows with face to face meetings every week or so.

Using a blend of warmth, humour, empathy and pragmatism, my coaching style is positive, honest, gently challenging and empowering; supporting and encouraging you to dig under the surface, explore different perspectives and identify your sustainable and measurable outcomes.

It is my belief that deep within each one of us is the seed of uniqueness that makes us who we truly are. Sometimes that seed lies dormant, unable to breathe and flourish, covered over with layers of rubble and dust left behind as the messiness, intensity and chaos of our complex lives swirls around us. We lose sight of ourselves, who we are and what’s important to us, living our lives from the outside in.

And yet, contained within this seed is the rich potential for the rest of our lives. The roots which reach down through the rubble, deep down into the earth, keeping us grounded even through our bleakest times. The new shoots which gently, slowly, push through the dust and dirt stretching up towards the light, towards the sun, with the potential for lush green leaves, beautiful flowers and delicious, ripe fruit.

All it takes is a little commitment and loving care.
